1-What should I bring to my first appointment?

You must bring a photo ID, your insurance card or insurance information and completed and signed general information, medical and HIPPA form.

2-Do you validate parking?

We validate parking at the Colonial Parking GArage located at the Courtyard Marriott, next to our building. Don't forget to bring your parking ticket with you.

3-What is the difference between an in network and our of network provider?

An in network dentist is one contracted with the dental insurance company to provide services to plan members for specific pre-negotiated rates. An out of network dentist is not contracted with the insurance company.

4-What does it mean for me?

Typically if you visit a dentist within the network, the amount you will be repsonsible for paying will be less than if you go to an out of network dentist.

5-Will my insurance cover any services provided by an out of network dentist?

Yes, but coverage amount will vary based on your dental policy.

6-How can I find out more information about my out of network coverage?

The best way is either through your policy handbook or by calling your insurance's member service line.

7-How much am I going to pay over time for dental cleanings?

The amount you pay would relate to your insurance policy and out of network dental benefits.

8-Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. We provide Care Credit and Chase Health Advance, two convenient financing options at no cost to you.
